Small Claims Court Update 2010

This seminar is intended primarily as an introduction to the small claims court for summer students, articling students, paralegals and junior associates.  You will hear how to more effectively navigate small claims court from two experienced deputy judges. 

Cost:
$35.00 + HST = $39.55 for MLA members
$40.00 + HST = $45.20 for non members
$30.00 + HST = $33.90 for articling students, summer students, law students, law clerks & legal assistants
