Membership Dues 2010

1.     Fees are due by April 28, 2010.
2.     Fees are due for each lawyer at your firm.
3.     Please attach a list of all firm members for whom you are paying when you remit your cheque.
4.     If you have also received an invoice for locker rentals, you may pay for both with one cheque.
5.     Please make your cheque payable to the Middlesex Law Association and mail or deliver it to the
        address above. Please note our new Ground Floor address.

NOTICE: PURSUANT TO BYLAW NO. 2 OF THE ASSOCIATION, FEES ARE DUE BY April 28, 2010.  ALL MEMBERSHIP PRIVILEGES, INCLUDING ACCESS TO ASSOCIATION EVENTS AND PROGRAMS, NEWSLETTER, AFTER HOURS LIBRARY ACCESS AND LOCKERS WILL BE SUSPENDED FOR UNPAID MEMBERS AFTER MAY 28, 2010. THE SUSPENSION OF MEMBERSHIP PRIVILEGES WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED.

Why We Are Collecting This Information
One of the normal functions of the library of an Association is to act as a repository for biographical information about its members, mainly that which is available from public record. Thus, if a member is being introduced as an after dinner speaker, for example, or is being honoured in some way by the community, interested parties can hope to receive full and accurate biographical details from the library. 

Gathering biographical information about members of an Association which numbers over 700 is a large task. To a great extent we must rely on information supplied by the members themselves. 

Attached is a biographical data sheet. We would appreciate it if you would fill it out as completely and accurately as possible, and return it to us.  Feel free to use the back of the page or additional paper in order to add details. We are interested not only in your career-related achievements but also in your interests and activities in other spheres, and would welcome photocopies of newspaper articles concerning your achievements.  Recent graduates might wish to include a copy of their resume.
